The desktop client provides a unified communications hub for voice calls, video and audio meetings, instant messaging, and fax handling. Users can place, receive, and forward calls, record conversations automatically, and review call history, while also sending and receiving SMS and business IM. A shared contact list offers quick access to personal and favorite entries, and presence indicators show availability.
Chat functionality includes one‑to‑one messaging, public project rooms, and private team channels, preserving full chat histories. The meeting tools support web‑based audio, video, and screen‑sharing sessions for internal or external participants, enabling scheduled or ad‑hoc collaboration. Fax capabilities let users transmit and manage incoming faxes directly within the application.
The app runs on macOS and supports multiple languages, including English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, and Swedish, making it suitable for multinational workplaces that need integrated voice, video, and messaging on a desktop platform.
