admidio
User management system for websites of organizations and groups. The system has a flexible role model so that it’s possible to reflect the structure and permissions of your organization.
Admidio provides a self‑hosted, open‑source solution for managing members of associations, groups and organizations through a web interface. It lets administrators define flexible roles and groups that mirror an organization’s hierarchy, and customize individual profiles by adding or removing fields. Built‑in relationship management supports connections such as spouse or parent‑child links, while access control protects member data from unauthorized viewing.
The platform includes a suite of optional modules that can be installed on a new or existing site, including membership lists with CSV, Excel, PDF and ODF export, an event manager for publishing and registering events, a media gallery for photo albums and e‑cards, and a document repository for sharing files. Communication tools allow sending HTML emails to specific users, roles or groups, and bulk import of users from CSV files is supported.
Admidio runs on PHP 8.2+ with MariaDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and is available as a Docker image for container deployments. The software is released under GPL‑2.0, offers a free tier without subscription, and is maintained for stability and community contributions.
