Agents in Whisper Memos

Agents in Whisper Memos lets users prepend a named “agent” to a voice or text memo, which then triggers a predefined workflow. Each agent is defined by a personality, a color label, and a sequence of steps such as summarizing the memo, emailing a specific address, assigning a label, creating a lock‑screen reminder, or invoking a Zapier integration. The system supports built‑in destinations like default email, custom email, Reflect, and Cursor, and can connect to external productivity apps such as Notion, Things 3, or Day One.

Typical use cases include an agent that automatically emails a team, another that adds items to a todo list, and a third that records journal entries. Users configure agents once and then route memos by speaking or typing “Hello, [Agent name]…”, after which the memo is processed according to the assigned steps.

The feature is experimental and focuses on flexible routing of memos within the Whisper Memos ecosystem, providing a way to streamline communication and task creation without manual copying or pasting.
