Aptabase

Aptabase provides analytics for mobile, desktop, and web applications with a focus on user privacy. It collects only minimal, session‑based data and avoids unique identifiers, fingerprinting, or cookies, enabling compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. The platform offers a built‑in dashboard that updates in real time, allowing developers to monitor events such as button clicks, feature usage, and configuration changes without waiting for batch reports.

The project supplies lightweight SDKs for a wide range of frameworks and languages—including Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Electron, .NET MAUI, Tauri, Unity, Unreal, and plain JavaScript—so developers can integrate analytics into their preferred stack. SDKs are open source under the MIT license, and the server component is released under AGPL‑3.0, giving full visibility into the code and data handling.

Aptabase can be run as a managed cloud service or self‑hosted on the user’s own infrastructure, with options for EU or US data residency. All data remains owned by the user, can be exported at any time, and the system is free to use without subscription fees.
