BoardSnap lets iPhone users capture any whiteboard—whether on a classroom wall, a conference room glass, or a coffee‑shop napkin—using the device’s on‑device VisionKit scanner. The app straightens the image, extracts text, diagrams, and arrows, and returns a clean summary together with tri‑state action items in under ten seconds. Each capture is stored within a Project, and projects can be organized by client, class, or team.

The AI component is brand‑aware: after providing a website URL, summaries and next‑steps adopt the organization’s tone instead of a generic chatbot voice. Users can pin contextual notes that persist across chat interactions, and the app maintains an offline queue that synchronizes when connectivity returns, preventing loss of snapshots or ideas. All boards are archived in a searchable, sortable library, and users can query the archive with natural‑language prompts to retrieve decisions or details from any project.
