Bome Network

The tool enables low‑latency MIDI communication over Ethernet or Wi‑Fi between a computer and one or more BomeBox devices. It runs on macOS, Windows, and iOS, and any MIDI‑compatible application can send and receive data through the connected BomeBox. The software includes a built‑in MIDI router and can forward selected or all MIDI devices attached to the BomeBox, with automatic alerts when a box appears or disappears on the network.

An optional Pro license extends the functionality to direct computer‑to‑computer and iPhone/iPad connections, using automatic discovery to link specific devices. Remote Direct MIDI lets users forward virtual ports and physical MIDI hardware from remote systems, creating flexible, persistent network configurations that survive reboots.

Additional in lets users create unlimited named virtual MIDI ports for better organization and duplicate stream handling within the router and other applications. The standard edition is free, while Pro features and unlimited ports are available as separate purchases.
