Browserosaurus

It runs as the default browser on macOS, intercepting any link clicked in non‑browser applications and presenting a menu of all installed browsers. The user selects which browser should open the link, allowing per‑click control without changing system defaults.

The tool is packaged for both Intel (x64) and Apple Silicon (arm64) Macs and can be installed via the GitHub releases page or Homebrew. It is released under the GPL‑3.0 license and officially supports the latest stable macOS version used by the maintainer.

Although the project is no longer maintained, its source remains available for fork and modification. Community contributions include forks for other platforms such as Windows and a Swift UI port, and documentation covers adding new browsers, development setup, and privacy details.
