CalNudge integrates with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook and continuously monitors the meetings you organize. It automatically sends email reminders to attendees who have not yet responded, timing the messages at intervals such as seven days, 48 hours, and 24 hours before the event. The reminders appear to come from the organizer, and only participants without a response receive them.

Each morning the service delivers a digest that lists upcoming meetings for the next week together with the current RSVP status—accepted, pending, or declined—so you can see who will attend before your day begins. After a meeting ends, CalNudge can issue a brief feedback survey to gather post‑meeting input.
