Agents can send, receive, search, and manage messages programmatically, using either REST endpoints or the MCP streamable‑http interface. Inbound mail is automatically scored for spam and prompt‑injection, tagged by intent, and delivered to webhooks within a second; outbound delivery is billed per use in USDC on Base, with optional Stripe credit‑card support.

Provisioning is instantaneous and requires no human dashboard; a mailbox, API key, and plan are created together. The platform includes webhook notifications, wallet‑based alerts, and a Discord integration that routes mail to a channel and permits replies from Discord. Additional channels such as Slack and SMS are planned.

The infrastructure relies on Postmark for email handling, Supabase for data storage, XMTP for wallet messaging, and Inngest for orchestration. Pricing offers unlimited inbound mail for free, while outbound messages are purchased in blocks, with a 402 payment‑required response prompting on‑chain settlement.
