It lets designers turn any static HTML / CSS template into a manageable site by inserting a few special XHTML tags, without writing PHP. Editable regions, cloned pages, comments, listings, SEO‑friendly URLs, auto‑validating forms, calendars, search, RSS feeds, custom 404/offline pages, PayPal integration and URL cloaking are all available through the same tag‑based approach. The system works with existing markup unchanged and provides a minimal admin panel that can be expanded with relations, form storage and custom routes for more complex sites.

The software is self‑hosted, free to use under the Common Public Attribution License 1.0, and does not require a subscription.
