Cutter is a free, open‑source reverse‑engineering platform built on the Rizin analysis. It runs on all major desktop operating systems and offers a graphical interface that combines disassembly, hex editing, binary searching, and type/structure definition. Users can interact with the underlying Rizin features through an integrated console or via Python scripting, and the application supports native integration of the Ghidra decompiler without requiring Java.

The tool includes a variety of interactive widgets, multiple modern themes, and a fully featured graph view with mini‑graphs for quick navigation. A beta debugger provides native and remote debugging capabilities, while binary patching and emulation features aid in malware analysis, cryptographic research, and automation tasks.
