Erxes provides a self‑hosted, open‑source platform that unifies marketing, sales, operations, and support functions under a single experience operating system. The core includes inbox, contacts, products, segments, automation, and document modules, while a plugin architecture lets users add capabilities such as omnichannel customer service, task and project management, lead capture, and headless content publishing. Built with Node.js, GraphQL, and React, the system can be deployed on cloud servers or on‑premises via Docker, giving organizations full control over data privacy and scalability.

The software targets SaaS providers, digital marketing agencies, and businesses that need a customizable, privacy‑focused alternative to commercial CRM and help‑desk suites.
