The app combines a built‑in rate calculator, which derives an hourly target from overhead, income goals and billable hours, with an AI engine that assembles line‑item proposals,. voice‑recorded job notes into scopes of work, and produces branded PDFs for clients.

Users can scan a space in seconds, edit measurements manually or with a Bluetooth laser, and add voice notes that are transcribed and organized automatically. The resulting data flows directly into the estimate, eliminating manual entry and reducing the time needed to produce a quote from hours to minutes.
