InfraSketch Architecture Diagram

InfraSketch is a browser‑based tool that converts infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) files into visual architecture diagrams. Users paste Terraform HCL, CloudFormation YAML/JSON, CDK synth output, Terragrunt, Docker Compose, or other supported formats, and the application automatically detects the format, expands modules, and renders a diagram showing resources such as VPCs, subnets, compute clusters, databases, storage, load balancers, and serverless components across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
The service runs entirely in the user’s browser, so no credentials, account, or data upload are required; nothing is sent to a server. Diagrams are generated within seconds, organized into logical zones with clean connection routing, and can be exported in PNG, SVG, draw.io XML, or Mermaid formats for further editing or sharing.
It targets engineers, DevOps teams, and technical writers who need up‑to‑date visual documentation of cloud infrastructure without manually redrawing diagrams. The open‑source project supports over 75 resource types and multiple IaC languages, emphasizing privacy, ease of use, and quick, exportable visual output.
