The platform provides AI‑driven mock interviews that simulate real‑world hiring processes for software engineering, management consulting, investment banking, and quantitative finance roles. Users can paste a job description or upload a résumé, and the system classifies the position, generates a live interview session, and delivers a scored debrief that highlights strengths and weaknesses. Interviews are conducted via voice and text, with the AI listening, speaking, and grading responses in real time.

A variety of interview formats are supported, including algorithmic coding screens with an executable editor, system design discussions, performance debugging, strategy case studies, banking M&A or LBO walkthroughs, quantitative research and trading problems, and behavioral questions based on the candidate’s résumé. Sessions range from 20 to 60 minutes and can be customized to target specific firms or skill gaps.
