InvoiceShelf is a self‑hostable web and mobile application for managing financial workflows. It lets users record expenses, track payments, and generate invoices and estimates through a Laravel‑backed web interface built with VueJS, while also providing React Native mobile clients for future Android and iOS use. The system is packaged as a Docker image and includes an in‑app updater that checks server requirements such as PHP 8.4+ and required extensions.

Targeted at freelancers, small businesses, and teams that need an on‑premise solution, InvoiceShelf offers core accounting features without subscription fees or tiered pricing. Users can customise address fields, add custom invoice and estimate fields, and manage multiple companies, recurring invoices, and customer portals. The project maintains an open‑source codebase under the AGPL‑3.0 license, encouraging community contributions and translations.
