The tool provides per‑core usage, frequency, and state information for Apple Silicon CPUs, along with detailed power‑draw histories for CPU, GPU, and NPU. It also charts thermal data such as CPU and GPU temperature trends and thermal pressure, and reports bandwidth activity for each core type. All metrics are refreshed at five‑second intervals and can be exported in real time to CSV files.

Designed for macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon hardware, the application runs with minimal overhead, typically using less than 1 % CPU and under 0.1 W of power during operation. It supports the full range of recent Apple Silicon models, including M1 through M4 generations.
