Options include adjusting audio protection levels, sidetone, music settings, and even customizing the headset’s ringtone, allowing the same device to be used comfortably at the office, home, or on the go.

For supported softphone platforms such as Microsoft Skype, Cisco Jabber, and Avaya, the program enables remote call control through the headset’s buttons, giving users the ability to answer, end, or mute calls without switching to the computer.
