JLPT Mastery

JLPT Mastery provides an adaptive study system for all five JLPT levels, using a database of over 8,700 vocabulary items, 489 grammar patterns, and 2,136 kanji. The app tracks which words and structures a learner confuses, then generates targeted drills that focus on those specific weak points. Each session is assembled from the user’s mastery data, prioritizing material that has not yet been mastered and spacing review of known items.

The platform also supplies detailed explanations for incorrect answers, including kanji breakdowns and grammar clarifications, drawn from more than 50,000 explanatory entries. This feedback helps learners understand why a particular choice was wrong rather than simply presenting the correct answer.

A dashboard summarizes progress after two weeks, showing counts of mastered, improving, and weak items, as well as accuracy, streaks, and readiness for the upcoming JLPT exam. The service is offered for free without requiring a credit card.
