A habit tracker that doesn't punish you for resting
The app replaces traditional streak‑based habit tracking with weekly targets, letting users aim for a set number of days per week (for example, 4 out of 7) rather than requiring consecutive daily completion. Each week starts fresh, and progress is shown with simple labels such as “Goal reached!” or “2 more to go,” without any failure or zero‑reset indicators. This design emphasizes consistency over time and treats rest days as a normal part of habit formation.
It is aimed at people who find daily streaks anxiety‑inducing, including those with ADHD, mental‑health concerns, chronic illness, perfectionism, burnout, or irregular schedules such as late‑night shifts. The interface is minimal, offering gentle nudges instead of guilt‑tripping mechanics, and it provides Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for quick glanceable status.
All data remain on the device by default, with optional iCloud sync for use across Apple devices, and the app does not incorporate ads, tracking, or social features. It also allows users to adjust the day boundary to accommodate late‑night activities, ensuring that check‑ins are recorded for the intended day.
