The system provides a web‑based platform for submitting, discussing, and amending motions, resolutions, statutes, and candidacies within political parties, NGOs, and social initiatives. Users can upload documents, attach images or PDFs, and propose amendments that are displayed either separately or inline with the original text. The tool supports collaborative discussion, email notifications, and a range of export formats including PDF, spreadsheet, and plain‑text templates, allowing final resolutions to be generated by merging accepted amendments.

It also offers features for managing meetings and conventions such as agenda administration, speaking lists, roll calls, and online voting on motions, amendments, and other decisions. A full‑screen mode is available for projector displays, and the interface complies with WCAG AA accessibility standards. The platform is self‑hostable, runs on PHP ≥ 8.2 with a MySQL/MariaDB database, and can be deployed via Docker images or traditional web servers.

The software is released under AGPL‑3.0, is maintained as a stable, open‑source project, and is used by organizations including the European Youth Forum, the German and European Green Party, and the National Council of German Women’s Organizations. Its design emphasizes flexibility, privacy‑friendliness, and adaptability to various procedural scenarios.
