Mycorrhiza Wiki
Filesystem and git-based wiki engine written in Go using Mycomarkup as its primary markup language.
Mycorrhiza Wiki stores all content as plain files, eliminating the need for a database and allowing direct editing of the underlying data. Each piece of content, called a hypha, can be a text article, image, or video, and hyphae may transclude or link to one another, forming a flexible network of hypermedia. The system uses a custom markup language, Mycomarkup, designed for clarity and ease of use, and supports optional hierarchical nesting as well as non‑hierarchical categorisation.
All revisions are recorded in a Git repository, providing a complete history of changes and enabling RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds for recent updates. The engine includes keyboard‑driven navigation, Open Graph metadata for external consumption, and optional authentication via username/password or Telegram. Interwiki links are also supported.
The software is self‑hostable, free‑tier, subscription‑free, open‑source under AGPL‑3.0, and considered stable. It targets personal wikis, digital gardens, commonplace books, and small‑team or community wikis, offering a lightweight, file‑system‑based solution for the independent web.
