MyMonero emphasizes that no view keys, addresses, or transaction history will be shared with the successor, and that all server data will be permanently destroyed within thirty days after the shutdown.

For users who wish to continue accessing their funds, MyMonero supplies a 25‑word seed phrase and optional restore height, which can be imported into Cake Wallet to rebuild the wallet locally. The transition is presented as a privacy‑preserving handoff that retains full control of the seed and funds.
