OpenOlitor

OpenOlitor is a web‑based, multilingual administration platform designed to support producers and consumers in regional contract farming, community‑supported agriculture, and subscription‑based direct marketing. It offers member, producer and person management, handling of absences and holidays, subscription administration, work‑shift scheduling, and definition of product types, prices and other project data. The system also enables delivery planning and execution, order processing, invoicing and payment handling, and storage of documents as PDFs, with customizable reports and a member portal that displays deliveries, invoices and work assignments.

The software is intended for agricultural groups, cooperatives and farms that need to coordinate members, deliveries and finances in a unified interface. It can be self‑hosted or deployed through a shared operating agreement, and a public demo environment is available for trial before moving to a secure production setup.

OpenOlitor is released under the AGPL‑3.0 license, is free of subscription fees, and is maintained as a stable, open‑source project by an international team. All code, documentation and release notes are hosted on GitHub and the project wiki.
