Orbit aggregates billing information for software subscriptions, API usage, and AI services into a single dashboard. It records recurring subscription fees, tracks consumption of Claude language‑model quotas, and monitors spend on APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, DataForSEO, DigitalOcean, and others, showing the cost per project in real time.

The system sends notifications when a free trial is about to convert, when a quota is nearing depletion, or when a service experiences downtime, helping users avoid unexpected charges. It also surfaces available discounts, credits, or deals for tools already in use, so users can take advantage of savings without manual searching.

Designed for individuals or teams that rely on multiple third‑party services, Orbit aims to keep financial data private while providing visibility and control over recurring and variable expenses. The product is currently in an experimental stage and offered as a free beta.
