Anonymous voice calls with strangers No account. No history.

PhoneCane provides a peer‑to‑peer voice chat service that connects users with strangers without requiring any account, signup, or personal data. When a user opens the web interface, grants microphone access, and presses “Find,” the platform matches them with another participant using a temporary random session ID stored in Firebase; the identifier is removed when the call ends. All audio streams travel directly between devices via WebRTC, and the service does not record, store, or monitor conversations.

The application also offers a “Voice Board” where anyone can record a brief anonymous audio message up to thirty seconds, which is then playable by other users. A “Party Call” feature lets up to ten participants join a shared room by exchanging a short code, while still preserving anonymity and avoiding any persistent logs.

PhoneCane’s privacy model limits data collection to approximate IP‑based region information for a public “Countries Reached” counter, and it does not use tracking cookies or sell data to third parties. The only external services employed are Google Firebase for matchmaking and Google Fonts for typography.
