Readmodel®

Readmodel® provides a workflow for mapping an organization’s data landscape and assessing related risks. Users add services from a library of over 200 templates or define their own, then associate users and devices, documenting access details and security attributes such as encryption or mobile‑device‑management status. The tool captures data flows, classifications, retention policies, backups and transfers, building an interactive graph of how information moves across systems.

From this model the platform generates a risk register that scores each service, flags missing backups, unmanaged devices, vendor lock‑in and other gaps. It also produces AI‑driven analysis and compliance‑ready exports, including ROPA records, DPIA templates, and printable reports aligned with GDPR, NIS2, the EU AI Act and related regulations.

The solution targets organizations that need visibility into where data resides, who can access it, and what security controls are in place, helping them meet legal obligations and mitigate data‑loss exposure.
