The software provides a web‑based platform for organizations to manage the reservation of desks, seats, rooms and other workplace resources. It offers a REST API backend written in Go and two progressive web applications: a self‑service booking UI for employees and an admin UI for facility managers. Features include interactive floor‑plan maps, booking limits, approval workflows, recurring reservations, and utilization reporting. Authentication integrates with enterprise identity providers and supports multi‑factor methods.

It is intended for employees who need to find and reserve workspace, for workplace and facility teams that configure spaces and policies, and for IT or compliance groups that require secure, auditable access and integration with tools such as Microsoft Teams or Confluence. The system can be deployed as a hosted SaaS or self‑hosted using Docker or Kubernetes, with support for both amd64 and arm64 architectures.

The project is released under the GPL‑3.0 license, is self‑hostable, free‑tier, and does not require a subscription. It is maintained as a stable, open‑source codebase with automatic updates available for the SaaS offering.
