Sensei provides real‑time monitoring of core Mac hardware components, including CPU, GPU, battery health, and storage usage, directly from the menu bar. It offers customizable widgets and dashboards, allowing users to tailor the displayed metrics and visual style to their workflow. The tool also supplies detailed insights for both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, covering thermal data, disk speed benchmarking, and SSD trim optimization.

In addition to monitoring, Sensei scans for and removes unnecessary files such as caches, system logs, large downloads, and leftover installation data, freeing up storage space instantly. Its uninstaller component deletes applications together with associated residual files, ensuring a more thorough cleanup than simply moving apps to the trash.
