Smallbits

Smallbits is a collection of more than two hundred pixelated icons designed to fit within an 8 × 8 grid. Each icon is crafted so that every pixel contributes to the overall shape, making the set suitable for applications that require highly compact visual elements. The icons are provided under a license that permits both personal and commercial use without cost.

The library targets developers, designers, and hobbyists who need a minimalist icon set for interfaces, games, or visual assets where space is limited. Because the icons are confined to a tiny grid, they are especially useful for retro‑style graphics, low‑resolution displays, or any context where a small visual footprint is essential.
