By default a collection is private and synced across a user’s devices, but it can be switched to a shared mode for teammates or friends, or made public through a short URL that anyone can discover. The service includes tag‑driven smart collections that update automatically, dead‑link detection, and an inbox for quick capture that can be sorted later.

The platform is accessible via browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, an iOS share sheet, a command‑palette shortcut, and API tokens, allowing links to be saved from browsers, mobile apps, or scripts. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with per‑user isolation and optional public profiles.
