SuperSlicer
Convert 3D models into G-code instructions or PNG layers
SuperSlicer processes 3‑D model files in STL, OBJ, or AMF formats and generates the G‑code required for fused‑filament fabrication (FFF) printers or PNG layer stacks for masked‑stereolithography (mSLA) printers. It supports any modern RepRap‑based printer firmware such as Marlin, Prusa, or Klipper, and can handle multi‑material prints with multiple extruders. The software includes a full command‑line interface as well as a graphical front end, and runs as a standalone application on Windows, Linux and macOS without external dependencies.
The fork adds several calibration and quality‑tuning features, including custom calibration tests, denser infill options for solid top layers, and refined thin‑wall handling that anchors walls inside the print. Users can adjust hole dimensions, improve overhangs with per‑layer perimeter direction changes, and customize brim and seam options to reduce visible artifacts. Built‑in object generation scripts and the ability to merge perimeters into a single path help reduce travel moves.
Beyond these enhancements, SuperSlicer retains the full feature set of its ancestors: multi‑threaded processing, STL auto‑repair, multiple G‑code flavors, variable layer heights, spiral vase mode, and a range of infill patterns such as honeycomb, gyroid, and Hilbert curves. Documentation, changelogs, and pre‑built installers are available through the project’s repository and
