Tindlo provides a time‑driven workflow environment that layers a team’s calendar, tasks, documents and collaboration tools into a single view. Users connect an existing Google Calendar, import or create tasks, and attach relevant files so that each time block contains the information needed for execution. The platform presents these layers as a unified schedule, allowing individuals and groups to see meetings, deadlines and associated resources together without switching applications.

The system includes additional structures such as a roadmap for milestones, a FileFlow thread that aggregates links, calls and PDFs, and a visual Kanban that displays task thumbnails. Advanced features let users attach hierarchical text structures and use a shared “Snapspace” for brainstorming, while a Timeline view aggregates all team activity by hour, day or week.

Tindlo is positioned for teams that want to keep their current tools while adding a multi‑layered scheduling overlay, aiming to reduce meetings and streamline the path from planning to shipping. It is offered as an experimental, cloud‑hosted service with integration to AWS.
