ttygif

The tool converts recordings made with ttyrec, a terminal session logger, into animated GIFs. It replays the captured terminal output and captures screenshots at each frame, assembling them into a single GIF file that can be viewed outside a terminal environment.

It is operated from the command line, accepting an input ttyrec file and producing an output GIF. Options allow adjustment of playback speed, selection of the output filename, and disabling looping so the animation runs only once.
