Users can create flexible exercise routines with automatic weight‑progression rules, log calories using a food database linked to Open Food Facts, and store progress photos in a gallery. An integrated exercise wiki provides reference material that can be edited by the community.
In addition to personal fitness management, the software supports basic multi‑user and gym‑administration features, allowing several accounts to share a single installation. All functionality is exposed through a full REST API, enabling third‑party integrations or automation scripts. The application is packaged for self‑hosting via Docker and is available as native mobile apps for Android, iOS, F‑Droid, and Flathub.
