The app captures five taste dimensions—structure, fruit, body, acidity, and sweetness—and weights recent high‑rating entries more heavily, so the profile adapts as the palate evolves.

The system generates insights and suggestions through a Sommelier AI that draws only on the user’s recorded favorites, filtering out low‑rated wines and avoiding premature conclusions. Smart filtering ensures that occasional outliers do not distort the profile, and insights appear once sufficient data has been gathered.
