Zero-TOTP
Complete, reliable, secure and zero-trust webapp based on zero-knowledge encryption to store your TOTP codes.
Zero‑TOTP is a web‑based TOTP client that stores one‑time passwords in an encrypted vault. The vault is encrypted locally with a user‑chosen passphrase before any data is uploaded, so only the owner can decrypt it. The service offers a standard hosted instance, a rescue frontend hosted on GitHub Pages, and a self‑hosted Docker image, allowing users to run the application on their own infrastructure.
The application supports replication of the encrypted vault across three locations: the default cloud database, a Google Drive sync option, and a local copy on the user’s machine. Access to the vault can be achieved through the hosted web app, the rescue frontend, or by running the Docker image locally, ensuring availability even if the primary service is offline.
Zero‑TOTP is released under GPL‑3.0, is self‑hostable, free‑tier, subscription‑free, and fully open source. It is positioned for users who need a zero‑knowledge, cross‑platform solution for managing TOTP codes with full control over encryption keys and data storage.
