The software runs a self‑hosted BitTorrent indexer that continuously crawls the Distributed Hash Table (DHT) network to collect info hashes and retrieve their metadata. It enriches each entry with a content classifier that identifies attributes such as language, resolution, source type and links to external data like The Movie Database. In addition to DHT sources, torrents can be imported from other origins via an API endpoint.

A multilingual, responsive web interface lets users search the indexed collection, while a GraphQL API provides programmatic access to a search query and an interactive playground. The system also offers a Torznab‑compatible endpoint, enabling integration with the Servarr family of automation tools.

The project is released under the MIT license, is free of subscription or tiered pricing, and can be deployed and run by anyone who wants a private, continuously updated torrent search service without relying on external trackers or third‑party indexers.
