BusyContacts is a macOS‑only contact manager that centralises personal and professional address data while providing tools to keep relationships up‑to‑date. It stores contacts in a single view or a customizable multi‑column list, supports custom fields, and can generate QR codes, envelopes and mailing labels. Tags and smart filters let users categorise and retrieve contacts quickly, and the app can import business cards and merge duplicate entries.

The software synchronises directly with iCloud via CardDAV and also works with Google, Office 365, Exchange, Fastmail and other CardDAV servers, ensuring that changes propagate across Mac, iPhone and iPad without third‑party intermediaries.
