ClashBar

ClashBar is a native macOS menu‑bar utility driven by the mihomo core, offering proxy management directly from the system bar. The application occupies only 2.7 MB, runs on macOS 13+ and presents a compact SwiftUI/AppKit interface for importing configurations, switching nodes, toggling system proxy, and viewing real‑time metrics such as bandwidth, connection count, and memory usage.

It supports rule‑based, global, and direct operation modes, provides a rule viewer that summarizes rule types and hit distribution, and includes tools for latency testing, connection troubleshooting, and log searching. Users can import local YAML files or remote subscriptions, replace the underlying mihomo kernel manually, and manage remote instances via a built‑in remote‑management panel.

Designed for low overhead and continuous operation, ClashBar stores its runtime data, logs, and configuration files under ~/Library/Application Support/clashbar, and offers straightforward troubleshooting guidance for macOS permissions and proxy conflicts. The project is open‑source, free‑tier, and marked as stable.
