FontCraft

FontCraft lets users transform their own handwriting into a usable digital font directly in a web browser. The interface provides a pressure‑sensitive canvas where each character can be drawn with a mouse, trackpad, stylus, or Apple Pencil, and guides ensure alignment to baseline, x‑height, and other font metrics. As letters are created, a live preview shows how they appear in words, while spacing, alignment, and scaling can be tweaked in real time.

The workflow consists of three steps: drawing the glyphs, refining their spacing and kerning, and exporting the finished typeface. Export options include the common TTF, OTF, and WOFF2 formats, making the resulting font ready for desktop applications, web use, or design tools without additional conversion. No installation is required; the service runs in any modern browser on macOS, Windows, iPad, or Android.
