FusionPBX

FusionPBX provides a web‑based management interface for the FreeSWITCH communication platform, enabling deployment of a single‑tenant or multi‑tenant PBX, carrier‑grade switch, call‑center, fax, voicemail, conference, and voice‑application server. It runs on common Linux and BSD distributions and includes an installer that configures FreeSWITCH, NGINX, PHP‑FPM, PostgreSQL, and security tools such as Fail2ban and IPTables. The system supports unlimited extensions, voicemail‑to‑email, music on hold, call parking, automatic call distribution, interactive voice response, ring groups, hot‑desking, and high‑availability clustering.

The interface lets administrators provision devices, define dialplan logic, manage SIP trunks and providers, and access optional modules for SMS, call recording, transcription, and real‑time dashboards via WebSockets. Features such as dialplan tools, device logs, and provider configuration extend the core functionality without requiring additional software.
