It also stores expenses, commissions and payment details, then assembles the information into UK‑specific tax reports. Users can access the tool on a mobile device, with data encrypted and secured for privacy.

Designed for the administrative challenges performers face, the software consolidates scheduling, invoicing and mileage tracking that would otherwise be scattered across spreadsheets, messages and notes. By keeping a single source of truth, it aims to reduce missed invoices, under‑claimed mileage and guesswork at tax time.

The product is in an experimental stage, currently used by over eighty UK performers who have logged more than a thousand gigs and tens of thousands of pounds in earnings and expenses.
