GyazMail
Email client
GyazMail is a native macOS email client built on the Cocoa framework, offering a full‑featured yet straightforward interface for managing electronic mail. It supports multiple accounts and stores each message as an individual RFC 822 file, allowing for extensive character‑set handling including UTF‑8. The main window can be arranged in two or three panes, with customizable fonts, colors, and keyboard shortcuts, and it provides threading, HTML rendering, and comprehensive search across folders.
The client includes standard mail protocols—POP3, IMAP, and SMTP—with SSL/TLS and IPv6 support, and it integrates with macOS’s Address Book for auto‑completion. Advanced users can employ SpamSieve filtering, regular‑expression rules via Oniguruma, AppleScript automation, and Growl notifications. Import and export of Unix mailbox formats are also supported.
GyazMail runs on macOS Sequoia (Intel) and is being tested for macOS Tahoe 26; on Apple‑silicon Macs it requires Rosetta until native support is added. The latest stable release is 1.7.1, dated November 2022.
