The application provides a self‑hosted web interface for organizing collections of 3‑D printable models such as STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. Users can browse a library, view models interactively in the browser, and attach metadata including tags, creator information, notes, and source references. It also supports public or private sharing, federation with other instances on the Fediverse, and automatic file reorganization on disk based on customizable naming rules.

Built with Ruby on Rails, the server side handles HTTP requests and background processing via Sidekiq, while the client side renders 3‑D geometry with THREE.js. Data is stored in PostgreSQL (or SQLite for development), and auxiliary tools like libarchive, ImageMagick, and Assimp enable file upload, thumbnail generation, and model analysis. The front end uses Bootstrap 5 for styling.

The project is released under the MIT license, offers a free tier without subscription, and is intended for hobbyists, makers, and small teams that need a searchable, shareable repository for 3‑D print assets while retaining full control over their data through self‑hosting.
