It provides both external uptime checks and internal execution monitoring for Next.js API routes. Health checks are performed every minute from four global regions, while the library records latency, error rates, and other runtime metrics from inside the server process. Alerts can be sent through Slack, email, or WhatsApp when an endpoint fails or exceeds latency thresholds.

The integration consists of a small SDK that requires only a few lines of code and no configuration files, YAML, or agents. After installing the package, developers add an initialization call and wrap their API routes with provided middleware, which automatically instruments requests and reports data to the service. The tool works on Vercel, Docker, and self‑hosted environments and has no external dependencies.

It is positioned for developers and small teams who already use error‑tracking tools such as Sentry and synthetic uptime services like UptimeRobot, offering a combined view of availability and performance without the overhead of larger observability platforms.
