It continuously extracts and structures information, delivering a proactive intelligence feed that surfaces alerts, action items, drafts and deep analysis. Users can interact in a push mode, where the system surfaces relevant insights automatically, or a pull mode, asking specific questions and receiving instant answers.

The platform is aimed at enterprise knowledge workers and leaders who spend significant time reconstructing context across tools such as Slack, email, Jira, Notion and meeting transcripts. By unifying these fragmented sources into a single “data universe,” OKAtlas reduces the effort required to gather situational awareness and enables faster decision making. It offers features like a command center, proactive alerts, and automated draft creation for outreach, sprint planning and board reporting.
