Phasr provides sport‑specific training plans for running, triathlon and Hyrox, generating schedules that work backwards from a user‑entered race date. Plans cover distances from 5 km up to marathon and Ironman distances, incorporating periodization, tapering and recovery weeks automatically based on the athlete’s availability and performance metrics.
The app syncs workout data with Garmin Connect and Apple Health, allowing heart‑rate, HRV, VO2max and training‑load information to be tracked and displayed in 14‑day charts and zone indicators. These metrics are used to inform the adaptive planning engine, keeping the schedule aligned with the user’s physiological response.
All core features are free, with an optional AI coaching add‑on planned for future release that will offer real‑time plan adjustments, voice guidance during workouts and deeper recovery analysis. The service is delivered as a mobile app for iOS 16 +.
