ProvisionQL

ProvisionQL adds Quick Look support for iOS and macOS development artifacts on macOS. When a developer selects an `.ipa`, `.xcarchive`, `.appex`, `.mobileprovision` or `.provisionprofile` file in Finder, the plugin displays a thumbnail that includes the app icon for packaged applications and, for provisioning profiles, shows expiration status and the number of devices. Opening the Quick Look preview reveals detailed metadata such as device UUIDs, certificates, entitlements and other relevant information.

The plugin is intended for iOS and macOS developers who need fast, in‑place inspection of build outputs and provisioning profiles without launching external tools. It integrates with the system’s Quick Look framework, making the information accessible directly from the file browser.

ProvisionQL is distributed as a macOS application, installed by copying the bundle to the Applications folder and enabling the extension in System Settings. It is released under the MIT license and is maintained by Evgeny Aleksandrov.
