Timescanner reads events from a user’s calendar and converts them into billing data, showing the amount earned each month, broken down by client and daily rate. By applying a simple naming convention—adding a client identifier to event titles—the tool extracts work periods without requiring separate time‑tracking apps. It supports Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud and any iCal‑compatible calendar, processing the data locally and keeping event details on the user’s own calendar.

The system is aimed at freelancers and small agencies that manage multiple clients and need to generate invoices or fixed‑price quotes based on actual work time. It provides a real‑time view of revenue, allowing users to compare quoted versus spent hours and adjust future pricing. AI is used only for optional activity description generation, while the core calculations are derived directly from calendar entries.

Because the calendar serves as the sole source of truth, no external data storage is required and privacy is maintained by design. Users can modify or disable calendars and see immediate updates to their earnings reports, eliminating the need for separate tracking habits.
